Digitizing Nike Product
Without disrupting Nike's vast supply chain, I led the multi-discipline team tasked to digitize each and every product Nike made. In doing so, it opened up a series of unlocks that helped position Nike for the future.

Once digitized, we were able to create a unique marketing path to connect with consumers at an item-level. In addition, each product could be recognized when scanned leading to membership opportunities.
